Please contact me directly for out of network private pay rates for services.
Contact your insurance company directly and ask them if you have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services.
I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement for out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental
health services.

In network with select insurance companies:
Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, BCBS of Massachusetts, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey.

Scheduled appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee per policy.
- This will allow me to schedule & offer other patients appointments.
Scheduled appointment cancelations or missed appointments that are within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee per policy.
